After submision the online order from our website, you will get invoice for it. Paying it via Credit/Debit card, package and domain will be activated instant. Via Bank transfer and after inform your payment, packages will be activated within 15 mins after review your payment by our billing department.

Use online eBanking or Regular Bank transfer. After order the package, you will get all our bank details with "Customer Invoice Email". Get bank details and pay. After that scan or take a photo of the slip or digital slip and attach and send a reply mail to customer invoice email. Our billing department will review it.

Actually we are not provide 24x7 support because we all humans. You will get technical supports from Morning 6.30am to Night 10.30pm. And sunday and saturday also we are working for you.

You can contact us via Website Support ticket system, Phone calls for urgant issue, and live chat supports in website for all inquiries

For technical inquiry, we are always ready to give our technical supports for all our customers. You have to open a support ticket to tell us your technical problem. Yes. Our servers are supporting with PHP 5.5, 5.6, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3

Our Servers are located in UK, London.

Yes. But you would needed SSH access. You have to purchase SSH/Shell Access Addon while ordering the package.

Yes. There are lot of CMS as wordpress even. You can install Wordpress or any CMS by our softaculous apps installer in cPanel. Its just a single click installation.

You can change your PHP version simply by login to cPanel and find "Select PHP Version" Addon in there and visit inside of that. You can change your php version now.

Yes. Please visit "Select PHP Versions" and find the link of "Switch PHP Options" and go inside that. You can change lot of PHP Setting values there.

Just point your domain name to our server by nameservers. Your SSL Certificate will be installed automatically. Anyway you can check it and run immidiately, cPanel > "SSL/TLS Status".

That mean your website's configuration is always showing http. If its wordpress, please change wordpress's base URL to https. If your website is html site, you can place a redirection http to https. cPanel > Redirect and add a redirection. (.htaccess redirection)

Yes. we provide an auto backup solution to each cPanel you take from us. You will have last 14 days and 1 monthly auto backups's restore points to restore anytime your whole cPanel or emails or files or databases again.

You can restore easy your any of restore point of the backups. cPanel > Acronis Backups. Find your Files or database or anything on there and recover. Within 1 hour automatically recover your backup.

If you need to point your domain name to our hosting server, you will get it when you buy the package. Check "Account Information" email to get them.
