I hope you are doing well. You are receiving this email because you have an Active Product [ example.com ] in "Athena" Server.
We found one OS-related fault on the current "Athena" Server. We tried to fix the problem but the OS version was too old and need to upgrade it. But with your data we can not run an upgrade and it has a risk.
To protect your valuable data and maintain the reliability of the service, we have decided to move your all data into a brand new server called "Hera".
We built the same server setup with the same performance, added brand-new SSD Drives, and tested the server; it works well. We improved data writing and data reading speed in the new "Hera" server by using RAID 10 technology. Previously it was RAID 1 in "Athena" Server.
When the Data Migration will start?
Start Date and Time: 2024-08-03, 06.00AM
End Date and Time: 2024-08-03, 11.00PM
Do I have a Downtime?
If you are using our nameservers, (dns1.webserverlive.com / dns2.webserverlive.com), there will never have any downtime. But if you are using CloudFlare or External A records, you need to change the IP address to the new IP Address.
What will be the IP Changes and Hostname Changes?
Old Hostname: athena.webserverlive.com
New Hostname: hera.webserverlive.com
Old IP: 198.37.120.210
New IP: 198.37.102.12
During the transfer process, if your website has our nameservers, you will never face any downtime. It will work as same as previously and you don't need to do anything. If you are using Cloudflare, use the above New IP Address and modify the DNS records in Cloudflare.
