Hello,
We found the server is down and the datacenter staff is working on it.
It is something issue with RAID controller of the drives in the server. I will notice here further information.
Currently, they are investigating the problem.
----------------------------
01.11AM
Datacenter Staff:
Upon attempting to reboot the server, no proper boot device was found.
After investigating further, I found that the drives connected to the RAID Controller are all unconfigured.
In addition, the 1.92 TB SSDs were listed as Unconfigured Bad.
I will have to bring the server to the workbench to continue investigating this issue and update you when I have more information.
-----------------------------
03.20AM
Thank you for your patience and apologies for the delay in reply. We have been and are still actively working on the issue with the server. Upon initial investigation the RAID controller was not detecting either of your RAID1 arrays. After rebooting the primary array for your OS was detected as a foreign configuration and the two 1.92TB drives for the second array were both marked as unconfigured bad. At this time I've been able to get both arrays re-imported to the RAID controller and one of the disks in the second array is currently in the process of rebuilding. The drive that is currently rebuilding appears to be the drive that is failing and it will need to be replaced. Due to the nature of this issue we will need to allow the array to finish rebuilding offline before we can proceed with the disk replacement in order to minimize the risk of data loss.
Once the disk is replaced we should be able to bring the server back online to allow the rebuild to the new disk to complete while the server is online. We will continue to provide you with updates as we make progress on resolving the issue.
-----------------------------
07.23AM
Still rebuilding the drive.
-----------------------------
07.35AM
The rebuild is progressing.
My very rough estimate on an ETA is up to 10 hours.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reply.
-----------------------------
09.27AM
The server is booted and live.
